I'm Omar, with a degree in English Language Teaching from BUAP. I teach English for Spanish speakers and Spanish for foreigners — over Zoom from wherever you are, or walking around Puebla.
For anyone who wants to speak without translating in their head: pronunciation, conversation, English for work and travel. Explanations in Spanish when you need them, English when it's time to practise.
For travellers across Latin America, people who moved to Mexico, and anyone who wants the real Spanish: the market, the bus, the long talk after lunch. Mexican culture comes with it.
The same attention, two very different settings.

Ninety minutes around the city: the market, a café, the parks, the neighbourhoods. You learn by ordering, asking, and getting a little lost.
Degree in English Language Teaching, class of 2025, from the Benemérita Universidad Autónoma de Puebla. During my teaching practice I taught Target Language II to second-semester students of the same degree — a full semester in front of a group.

Ninety minutes each, in Spanish or in English. We meet at the starting point and the lesson happens on foot: you order, ask, haggle, get it wrong and learn right there.
We start in the main square: greetings, asking for directions, how to start a conversation with a stranger. The starting lesson for anyone new to the city.
